Space Saver Bundle - Comfort Hybrid Storage Bed

I bought a Sleepthetic foldable single bed about 2 years. The bed has been a great piece of furniture both in terms of practicability and comfort.

I recently moved house but do not know how to disassemble the bed for easy transportation. I called their IMM outlet to seek their assistance. I was served by a gentleman, Jimmy Ng, who not only patiently walked me through theprocedure but also texted me to follow up if was able to get the bed dismantled.

Bought this for my mother due to her acid reflux and to improve circulation. From ordering to assembly the process is seamless and within less than 24 hours even when I ordered on a Sunday night. The WhatsApp chat agent was quick to respond and secure the delivery timing for me. The assembly crew were polite, friendly and really quick. Everything was setup in 10 mins. They also helped to dispose my old mattress. The customer service is impeccable, ironing out any miscommunications immediately. Everything seem well built and crafted.
