Free Delivery

Delivery is FREE for purchases above SGD 70 in one single receipt and to one location. (Within Singapore)
For purchases below SGD 70, there will be a flat delivery charge of SGD 5 per location. This additional surcharge will be reflected during checkout.

 

Delivery times

1 to 3 business days (provided item is in stock and delivery within Singapore) Delivery time is from Mon to Fri, 9am to 10pm.

Deliveries on weekends and public holidays can be arranged on case to case basis.You can select the preferred date and time that you wish to have your order. However, should we require more time to have your order sorted we will inform you beforehand. It will usually take 2 working days.

Please note:
We are only able to deliver a product to an address within Singapore (excluding all offshore islands).

 

What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?

Worry not! If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier company will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.

 

Why did my order take longer than the stipulated timing?

We make it a point to ensure every order goes as planned, to fulfil our delivery timing promises. However, there are factors that may cause a delay in delivery from our delivery agents' end. We hope to seek your understanding on this and you can be rest assured that we will be doing our absolute best to minimize such occurrences. We will not be held liable for any delay in delivery that is not within our means of control.


Returns & Exchanges

There is strictly no return or refund on all purchases with the exception of manufacturer’s defects. Items with manufacturer’s defects must be returned in original packaging within 7 days from date of receipt. This can be exchanged for a similar value item or refunded at the purchase price. This refund will be done in accordance with the original payment mode, to be credited back to your PayPal account or bank account.

Original delivery and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional delivery charges incurred are to be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on used merchandise or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

 

How to return a defective item?

Please email our Customer Service at enquiry@beddingaffairs.sg indicating the reason for return and whether you’d prefer an exchange or refund. Please wait for official authorization from our Customer Service, as a return/refund on online purchases can only be processed with proper documentation.

 

International Orders

We currently accept orders internationally however please note that bedding measurements are specially custom made accordance to most South East Asian mattress dimension. There is no free shipping offer for oversea orders (the overseas shipping cost is very much varied by different transport company) and seek for your understanding. Please email us at enquiry@beddingaffairs.sg with the exact location, we will try our best to seek the best price on the delivery charge from respective transport company.
